Boat Floor Insulation 

There are many products on the market suitable for between decks and also to reduce squeek and rattle of deck substrates. Here we will cover this area of boat floor insulation. 





Class 0 marine insulation foam 

The above product is suitable for both between decks and within cavities.  The foam is manufactured in Germany and we have the high temperature self adhesive appied in the UK. 


 

DeciLAM marine insulation material

Suitable for both walls and floors this high performance acoustic insulation material offers 27db drop in sound pressure. It reduces sound transmission and offers a great acoustic and thermal isolation layer for boat flooring applications. 





Tested for inside buildings this product meets EuroCLASS B-s2-d0 and is self adhesive also making it a delight to fit.  Once fitted this will reduce sound considerably. 


Boat Engine Bay Insulation

Thermal Acoustic Class 0 Open Cell Foam Self Adhesive (SIOPCELL) 

Offering both marine thermal insulation and acoustic insulation benefits this versatile foam will deliver both soundproofing as well as thermal isolation features in many applications including engine bays.  Semi-hydrophobic and mould resistant you are confident this foam insulation material will not let you down.  

Also this marine insulation foam is tested to class 0 flammability and offers a generous 19mm in thickness optimising performance and space to deliver incredible acoustic and thermal results. (see datasheet below) 





Foil faced high temperature engine bay wipe clean insulation (SIOPCELL Extreme) 




Bonded with an outer foil layer this class 0 foam is ideal for engine bay applications to manage heat as it comes with a high temperature glass and foil facing which can withstand upto 500 degrees C in its core material.  It reflects heat and increases the opperating temperature of the marine laminate insulation material. Manufactured in the UK.
