New in stock and added to our range is a selection of thermal management products for boats which make handling heat simpler. Glass fiber and aluminium composite materials through to vermiculite coated silicas which can withstand over 1000C.

Our exhaust wrap is tested to DIN standards and is manufactured in Europe. We would love to bring you these products from the UK but woven glass fiber manufacturers ceased trading a few years ago in the UK and these specialist products are only available from the continent. But to save you the hassle of upping anchor and sailing there we thought we would bulk buy and bring you premiem marine thermal management materials directly from the Midlands in the UK.

Starting with our new exhaust wrap capable of 1000C and can be used in foundries whilst making turbo manifolds.

Marine Exhaust Wrap

At a generous and easy to work with 25mm this high temperature (1000C) exhaust and turbo wrap is ideal for managing high temperatures around turbo diesel engines ensuring health and safety and thermal management.

Moving on..... to our 7mm acoustic marine heatshield and marine body protection material. Suitable for a range of applications upto 250 Degrees C this product will not dissapoint in reducing noise transmission and managing thermal issues across the engine bay and manifolds. Coming with self adhesive application it is ideal to support marine body protection in sensitive areas.

Aluminium Heat Shield Insulation Marine

We also do a 300gsm glass fiber wrap with and without adhesive. This product is a gamechanger with thermal issues. The core is rated to 500 Degrees C and the foil to around 150 or peak of 180 C. It can easily be applied with its high temperature adhesive (self adhesive version only)

Protect sensitive areas with our heat protective marine thermal protection tape. Available upto 1m wide and in lengths upto 50m.
